Using the calculator

Results are early indicative ranges based on your answers, stated internal assumptions and available public data. They are not quotations, tenders, formal cost plans, professional valuations, planning advice, finance offers or guarantees. Obtain appropriate site-specific professional advice before buying property, committing funds or appointing contractors.

Ranges exclude VAT and the stated exclusions. Unknown information can materially change the outcome. Public planning data may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable; an empty search does not establish that there are no constraints. The methodology page identifies source dates and assumptions.

Enquiries and appointments

Submitting a form or receiving an acknowledgement creates no contract, order or payment obligation and does not reserve a service or price. Scope, fees, programme, professional roles and responsibilities must be agreed in a separate written appointment. Where a consumer appointment is agreed at distance or away from our premises, we will provide the applicable pre-contract information and cancellation instructions on a durable medium before services begin.

Professional roles

Greyson & Cole’s proposed direct services are project briefing, pre-development coordination, consultant coordination and tender administration. Architectural design, structural design, specialist planning opinions, surveys and professional cost advice require appropriately competent appointed specialists. Main contracting, statutory dutyholder roles and construction management are not assumed through a website enquiry.

Content and permitted use

You may use the site to explore your own project and print your result. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others or interfere with the service. Do not upload confidential third-party material without authority.

Greyson & Cole branding and original website content are protected where applicable. Public data remains subject to its stated licences and third-party rights. Architectural images are illustrative concepts and are not representations of completed Greyson & Cole projects. No right to reuse third-party imagery is granted by this website.

Responsibility

We aim to explain the limits of the information and correct errors when identified. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory consumer rights. A formal appointment sets the duties for any commissioned service.
