Record clarifications and compare submissions on scope, exclusions, programme, qualifications and price. The lowest headline figure does not necessarily represent the same work or level of risk.

Support the route to appointment

Resolve material gaps and agree the next steps with the client and their advisers. Contract selection, legal advice, specialist design and statutory duties require the appropriate appointments; a tender comparison is not a guarantee of future performance.
