01 / EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Operations Director / Technical Lead
Lead the delivery side as the business grows.
Oversee project programmes, buildability, procurement, subcontractor relationships, quality and safe delivery. Help establish practical project controls and assess which projects the business can responsibly take on.
Experience we’d like to hear about
Senior construction delivery experience with evidence of managing budgets, teams and contractors. Relevant SMSTS, MCIOB, MRICS or equivalent competence is welcome; statutory roles depend on demonstrable project-specific competence.
Prepare and review cost information, quantify scope, compare tenders and flag exclusions, assumptions and cost risks.
Experience we’d like to hear about
Relevant estimating or quantity surveying experience; strong measurement and cost reporting skills. RICS or CIOB membership, or progress towards it, is welcome.
Coordinate site activity, subcontractors, programme, quality checks and handover on projects appropriate to your experience.
Experience we’d like to hear about
Relevant site-management experience and evidence of health and safety competence. SMSTS, first aid and appropriate professional development are welcome.
