Build a useful starting point

We review the proposed use, accommodation, approximate floor area, existing site information and current design stage. We identify information gaps, survey needs and planning questions for the appropriate specialist advisers.

Understand cost and risk

Initial cost allowances, programme assumptions, procurement options and key exclusions help compare options. Development viability may also require independent valuation, planning, tax and funding advice; these are not replaced by our online calculator.

What to share

Send the site location, sketches or drawings, approximate areas, your intended outcome and any budget or timing constraints. A short brief is enough to begin a conversation.
