DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS
Joint ventures.
Have a property, a site or relevant development experience? We welcome conversations with landowners, property owners and active development partners about whether a project is worth exploring together.
Based in Liverpool, we consider opportunities across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, the North West and the Midlands.
A site with potential
You may own land, an underused building or a property with conversion or refurbishment potential. Tell us what you own, what is known and what you would like to achieve.
A project to explore together
We welcome introductions from active developers seeking complementary support with project briefing, early feasibility, pre-construction coordination or tender preparation.
Experience that complements ours
Experienced contractors and technical teams can introduce their capabilities, relevant track record and the responsibilities they would be interested in taking on.
What we can bring to the conversation
Our starting point is a clear brief: the proposed use, available information, likely constraints and decisions needed before committing. We can explore project briefing, early feasibility coordination, consultant coordination and tender administration under an agreed scope.
Design, engineering, statutory roles and construction delivery require appropriately competent, appointed people. We do not assume those roles or promise an available delivery team through an enquiry.
How we assess an opportunity
- Understand the starting point. Review the location, ownership or site-control position, proposed project and information you can share.
- Test the practicalities. Identify planning questions, surveys, cost uncertainty, programme constraints and specialist advice needed. An initial conversation may lead to further investigation, a revised approach or a decision not to proceed.
- Agree who does what. If there is a mutual fit, discuss responsibilities, contributions, decision-making, risk and the professional team before making commitments.
- Document the arrangement. Any partnership requires due diligence, independent legal and tax advice where appropriate, and a separately negotiated written agreement.
This page invites project-collaboration enquiries only. It does not offer shares, loans or investment products, request investment funds, promise finance or project availability, or quote returns. Submitting details does not create a joint venture or appoint Greyson & Cole.

Discuss a partnership
Tell us what you have in mind. “Not known yet” is fine where you are still exploring. Please only share information you have permission to provide.
